What this website collects

The project enquiry form collects your name, email address, project municipality, project type, current stage and message. You can also provide a phone number and timeline.

The site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and does not embed third-party content that would profile you.

Why we collect it

We use your details to review your project enquiry, decide whether we can help and respond to you. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

Formspree processes and stores your enquiry for OAN Architect and sends us an email notification. The message is also held in our email account.

Please don’t send us documents yet

The enquiry form is not a secure channel for confidential material. Please do not paste drawings, surveys, legal documents or other sensitive information into your first message. Once we are in touch, we can arrange a way to exchange documents.

Access, correction and removal

You can ask what enquiry details we hold about you or request a correction or deletion. Email oanarchitect@rogers.com or write to us at 22 Hellems Avenue, Welland, ON L3B 3A7.

Changes

If we change what the website collects, we will update this notice before making the change.
