Dr. Osama Abo Nassar founded OAN Architect in 2002. Our Welland practice works with property owners and developers across Ontario.
We develop architectural designs for homes, commercial spaces and multi-unit buildings. We coordinate licensed consultants as the design develops.

01Understand the property
Before drawing, we discuss your property, its intended use and the approvals it may need. We also consider the condition of any existing building.
Planning and feasibility02Develop the architecture
We develop the architecture around your goals, budget, the Ontario Building Code and the practical needs of construction. We work through conflicts while changes are still drawings.
Architectural design03Coordinate the details
Licensed consultants take responsibility for their own engineering designs. We coordinate those designs with the architectural drawings so the project documents align.
